Dec. 20, 2009-Sunday

Hailed as Metro Manila’s tallest Christmas Tree towering in over 100 feet, attracting both tourist and locals alike with its decorated 10,000 bulbs, huge laces and larger than life gifts underneath it, this giant Christmas Tree located at the heart of Cubao in front of Araneta Coliseum, is being traditionally constructed every year since Christmastime of 1981.

I got a better idea though. Wouldn’t it be more impressive if they also make a “giant Santa Claus” there too? Of course, that should be larger than the tree itself. Hohoho! Just kidding.
